Few musicians that I’ve been lucky enough to play with through my career can match his raw ability on guitar, his musicality that’s powered by the sharpest pair of ears, and his boundless energy that’s underpinned by the most genuine love and passion for music.
— Colin Smith (Musician & Songwriter, Vocals with Christina Aguilera, Rocktopia)

“As Bon Jovi said ‘I’ve seen a million places and I’ve rocked them all’! Touring has brought me to over 60 countries in the world rocking out in front of millions. Nothing compares to the feeling you get walking out on that stage. (In this video I’m rocking New York City’s Broadway stage).” Tony Bruno

“Party in The Park - Hyde Park London was one of my favorite concerts ever to play. We played in front of 180,000 screaming fans.” Check out more shows at the Guitarist Page (link below).

“You know you’ve done a ton of TV when you’re on a first name basis with the stage director and camera man. That is certainly the case at the Today Show and the Jay Leno show which I’ve done countless times being Enrique Iglesias’ MD and guitar player for over 12 years.”

Click on the artists name to see the video of me playing Letterman with Joan Jett, the Today Show with Cher and creating several of Rihanna’s Grammy performances (as musical director, band leader & guitar player).

“Playing at Madison Square Garden (here with Enrique Iglesias) or Broadway (Rock Of Ages, Rocktopia) are the stages every musician dreams to play at and it felt amazing to entertain the audiences there. Another memorable concert was playing at Red Rocks with Joan Jett and the 3 day engagement at London’s Royal Albert Hall with Enrique.”

Musical Director For Rihanna

“As the musical director for her shows, I was lucky to be part of a team that was constantly challenged to create edgy performances for Ri. This particular piece, a Banquet food fight!

Working with Eminem and Rihanna for their performance at the VMA’s was definitely one of the highlights in my career. “

Colin Smith - Just released:

The Candles EP

‘Working with Colin is much like painting with Rembrandt’s brush.” Tony Bruno

The Candles Music Video by the talented Colin Smith was Engineered & Mixed by Tony Bruno. This song is dedicated to our friends Mike and Andy.

1. These two are the sound of the record. Imagination and ability without end.
2. They make me sound way cooler than I am.
3. Tony and I have been friends and playing together for just about as long as I’ve been in NY. He’s an actual legend. That his production and mixing abilities rival his storied guitar prowess boggles the mind.
4. Dan Krysa and I were in Hundred Hounds together. He’s a true friend and a lightning flash of talent and drive. Both he and Tony have a work ethic to match and earn their gifts, and I’m taking the piss with how fortunate I am to have had them make this EP with me.

Love Hurts Uninvited

Rock Me Amadeus video released!

As in Romeo and Juliet, there’s always more to love than the attraction. It’s complicated, frustrating and painful at times. Some romances endure while others don’t. "Love Hurts Uninvited": our special mashup of the Romeo and Juliet theme (Tchaikovsky), "Love Hurts" (Nazareth), and "Uninvited" (Alanis Morissette) was born out of that feeling which we have all experienced at one time or another, presented in a neo noir music video aesthetic.

Director: Matthew Stiller, Editor: Simon Wheeldon, Videographers: Tyler Ribble, Pierre Tsigaridis, Vocals: Dee Snider, Kia Warren, Chloe Lowery, Featured Instrumentalists: Tony Bruno, Mairead Nesbitt, Musical Arrangement: Tony Bruno, Producers: Alyson Cambridge, Tony Bruno

Hits! The Musical

National Tour In The Making

Musical Composer: Tony BRUNO

“I got a call from Director Cynthia Nekvasil to arrange and record music for a show called Hits! The Musical. I must admit i was a bit apprehensive at first but curiosity made me dig deeper. It was the right decision. First off, I get to record and arrange Medleys comprised of 5 decades of iconic songs that I grew up with. How fun is that? But more important, working with these kids was the most fulfilling experience I have had in a long time.  The tour starts March 2023 and I have already watched these kids grow as performers and as young adults.  I truly believe this show will eventually land on Broadway and that I am working with potential superstars of tomorrow.” Tony BRUNO

Once in a generation, a show comes along that is so emotional and inspiring that you never want it to end. Hits! The Musical is that show. From Billboard to Broadway, the show features over 100 of the greatest hits of all time like "Signed, Sealed, Delivered", "Respect", "Come Sail Away", "My Heart Will Go On", "Hero", "Tomorrow", "Satisfaction", and "Livin’ La Vida Loca".

America’s greatest young performers will have you singing and dancing in the aisles as the show takes you on a musical journey through the decades. It will be unforgettable evening for everyone.

Until Hits! The Musical, there has not been a show featuring only performers ages 10-22. Some might say they are too young and not ready for the big time. And how wrong they would be!

After a nationwide search this past summer of over 7,000 auditionees, the cast of 29 represent the most extraordinary singers and dancers in the country. These future recording artists and Broadway stars represent the very best of America’s youth.

The National tour begins on March 1, 2023 and continues to 48 different cities across the United States.

Great working with metal legend Rob Halford (Judas Priest) & Militia Vox on Push Comes To Shove!

Guest vocalist Rob Halford of Judas Priest calls this symphonic metal epic—which debuted at #23 on Apple’s Metal charts— "dark, mysterious, and sexy." Along with 4-octave powerhouse Militia Vox, Halford fronts Bad Penny, a collective featuring former Queen bassist Danny Miranda, Blue Oyster Cult drummer Jules Radino and guitarist/songwriter Mike Holtzman on what ROCKFIEND Magazine calls a "masterpiece" of modern metal. Produced by Tony Bruno (Joan Jett, Rock Me Amadeus, Danger! Danger!). Video Directed by Dave Doobinin.
